A growing rural economy

Rural jobs growth has exceeded cities over the past decade, but the quality of workspace and infrastructure is poor.

We want to change this by providing great workspaces and great connections in a beautiful environment.

Rural communities growing faster than cities

People have moved consistently out of cities over the past 30 years (adjusted for immigration). A trend that will continue as cities become increasingly unaffordable.

We need infrastructure to support a growing rural population.

A more flexible workforce

Corporates want their staff to work more flexibly than ever; creating demand for productive work environments outside of cities.

We will provide a second home for commuters and flexi workers, giving them a choice to work local.

A new generation of entrepreneurs

More focussed on work/life balance; more likely to collaborate; and less likely to commute, preferring to stay rooted in their community.

We want to stop the daily brain drain of people travelling out of their community to work, by making it more attractive to stay.

Rural lone working

Loneliness is a big issue in the rural workforce, with 22% of people working alone, often from home.

Our co-working space offers the solution – a place to work with others.
